Organoleptic characteristics

Straw yellow color sometimes with slight coppery reflections.

On the nose it is fragrant, intense and complex with hints of ripe pear and wild flowers which lead to a slight final note of crusty bread.

The taste is fine, fruity, harmonious and straightforward with a good aromatic persistence.

Food pairing

Fish appetizers, crustaceans and molluscs, pasta dishes with egg pasta, white meats and fried fish.

Serving temperature 10-12°C
