Description
Sauvignon Blanc is grown on the heights at the mouth of the Cembra Valley, in some particularly suitable areas where the daily temperature variations allow to preserve the aromatic component of the grapes. A straw yellow colored wine with green reflections is born, with very intense and sweet notes on the nose, of elderberry, peach and ripe fruit. In the mouth it is complex, rich and full with a savory and mineral taste, but with an excellent return of ripe fruit.Manually harvested in the third decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperature in steel tanks stainless steel, 10% aged in oak barrels, refining on lyses for about 4/5 months before bottling. 75 cl glass bottle
