The Feudi di San Gregorio company produces wines with high quality consistency and, at the same time, the aromas and flavors of the territory are reproduced in each product. Reality with just thirty years of life behind it but which has been able to carve out, right from the start, a respectable place in the great Campanian, national and international wine scene! The enhancement of the typical vines of the area is in first place: here the Greco di Tufo, thanks to the minerality and characteristics of the chalky soil from which its roots draw sustenance, manages to best express the unique and unmistakable taste-olfactory sensations which characterize them; if we then add to all this an excellent quality-price ratio, all that remains is to make a stock! Bright and clear straw yellow, it has aromas of white peach, rennet apple and wisteria. Fresh, moderately sapid and of medium structure on the palate, it has a pleasantly almondy finish. The combination with seafood dishes is ideal: octopus and potatoes, spaghetti with cockles, turbot in a potato crust and with a delicious fried squid and prawns.
