Description

Le Fronde Moscato d'Asti DOCG 2021 - 75 Cl.

Sweet and Balanced Moscato

The fragrance of the aroma, typical of the grapes from which it comes, infuses this wine with an intense scent of musk, orange blossom, sage and honey, and provokes emotions prolonged by the persistence of a joyful flavour.

When tasted in the glass, the wine is bright, straw yellow in colour.

The flavour is pleasantly sweet, characteristic, very balanced, and recalls honey and freshly picked grapes.

A Young and Light Wine

The freshly harvested grapes are softly pressed, the resulting juice is sent to storage tanks where it remains for a few hours at temperatures close to zero before being subsequently filtered.

The must is kept cold until its preparation begins. At this point it is brought to 18° C of temperature, fermentation is triggered and when it reaches 5° C of alcohol, the fermentation activity is stopped by suddenly lowering the temperature to 0° C.

A Great Company of Artisans

Like all beautiful things, Fontanafredda was born from a love story, that between the first King of Italy, Vittorio Emanuele II and Rosa Vercellana.
