Lava, Etna White

In Lavico Etna Bianco, Carricante, an indigenous grape variety from the Etna area, tells the story of its land through intense aromas of peach and exotic fruit, brightened by iodine sensations, sometimes spicy.

Savoury and persistent on the palate, it has the typical freshness of the grape variety, which gives it structure and an unexpected longevity, and the minerality of those who sink their roots in a soil made of lava.

Rich aroma with good intensity, notes of tropical fruit, white peach and Mediterranean scrub emerge on the nose.

Ideal with seafood appetizers and sea urchins, tasty first courses of Mediterranean cuisine.

What was originally the production area of the first Duca di Salaparuta wine expression, in the last century has become an open-air artistic laboratory, a creative and cultural cradle from which were born characters who with their art have brought Sicily and its beauty to the world.

In the year in which Duca di Salaparuta turns 200, we chose to share this important anniversary with those who, like us, were born and believed in this precious piece of land that has brought together different artistic and cultural forms.
