An Ethereal and Floral White

Dianthà means divine flower. Light, ethereal, floral, it is characterized by its pleasant petillant note.

To be enjoyed with all fish-based dishes, from boiled octopus to light fried foods, from pasta with vegetables and shrimp to chopped pink shrimp.

Unique Features

COLOR: straw yellow with greenish reflections.

FRAGRANCE: very intense, characterised by a dominant fruity note of pear, accompanied by floral notes of orange blossom and jasmine.

TASTE: dry, fresh and balanced, moderately persistent on the palate and with a pleasant sparkling note.
