Lugana San Benedetto is vinified only with grapes of the native Trebbiano di Lugana vine, grown in the suggestive area between the morainic amphitheater and the south of Lake Garda.

Soft pressing and fermentation for 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 degrees.

Aging 4-5 months in stainless steel tanks and the following 2-3 months in bottle before sale.

The color is straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Its full-bodied taste, which ranges from dried apple to pineapple, from pear to vanilla, is characterized by a long and bright finish, which leads to a pleasant persistence in the aftertaste.

Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano di Lugana.
