It is produced in the province of Verona, in the towns of Soave and Monteforte - Verona, from the vinification of Garganega and Chardonnay grapes
Grapes: Garganega 70%, Chardonnay 30%.
Geographical location: Between Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone - Verona.
Soil type: Cretaceous-clayey, calcareous
Vinification: Period and method of harvesting for the Chardonnay the first ten days of September, for the Garganega the first fifteen days of October.
Manual collection.
Soft pressing and fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.
Colour: Straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Perfume: Intense but delicate.
Taste: Dry, medium-bodied and slightly aromatic
Gastronomic matches: Good as an aperitif, it goes well with hors d'oeuvres and white meats.
Service temperature: Serve at 10/12°C.
