A one-of-a-kind sensorial experience, the Bianco delle Chiaie from the renowned Antica Tenuta Palombo is a testimony to the oenological art and richness of the Comino Valley territory.
Wine obtained from Pecorino grapes harvested at certain ripeness, towards the end of September or the beginning of October and vinified according to traditional methods, with an alcoholic fermentation carried out with certified yeasts in stainless steel containers, subsequently finishing the refinement in the bottle for about 2/3 months before being placed on the market. Excellent with raw fish, risottos, medium-aged cheeses but also with a nice plate of spaghetti with clams, with a carbonara, baked fish or white meats. A decidedly versatile wine, decidedly territorial, decidedly Abruzzo.
