Dry Wine In Friuli venezia Giulia, in gravelly soils, we also cultivate Pinot Noir which, properly vinified, offers us a nice vinosity and a soft and elegant fruitiness.

Taste: deep, persistent and tendentially solid wine, grassy and woody notes. Pairings: white meats, red meats, game, roasts, grilled meats, boiled meats, aged cheeses, cold cuts.

Bouquet: notes of dried apricot, bread crust, mulberry, white raspberries, persimmons, propolis. Taste: sapid, harmonious, with complex and long fruity scents of yellow plum, jujube, papaya.
